Keep calm and chive on!

It started with a half cup of coffee and a short drive to the store. About an hour later and a fresh pot of coffee and Alisha was at it in the kitchen. She had her cooking down and I found myself getting in the way no matter where I was. So what was it, that she was cooking? Brunch was going to be an omelet, an omelet filled with mushrooms, bacon, smokedĀ Gouda, green onions, and fresh cilantro. And to top it all off, it was served with a side of avocado and tomatoes, and of course some more coffee. So here’s to Alisha for serving up one of the best Omelets I have had!
